How do I cancel or modify a reservation?
Parking reservations are time-sensitive. Once a reservation is confirmed, the space and time are removed from available inventory, so charges are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law. Start-date, end-date, arrival-time, and departure-time changes are not accepted after confirmation. Refunds, credits, or booking adjustments are discretionary and are not guaranteed, including for no-shows, day-of cancellations, or customer-side dispatch, routing, scheduling, or operational issues.
