These Terms govern access to and use of Right Solution Truck Parking websites, applications, reservation tools, support workflows, and related services. By creating an account, booking parking, submitting information, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. A confirmed booking gives you a limited right to use the selected parking space during the confirmed time period, subject to the site rules, gate rules, and location-specific instructions shown before or after checkout.
When you make a booking, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout. The total may include reservation charges, taxes, processing fees, service fees, and other charges disclosed before confirmation. Payments may be processed through Square or another payment provider, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected payment method for the confirmed booking, extensions, overstay charges, and other authorized charges under these Terms.
Prices may change before booking confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, the price and terms accepted at checkout apply to that reservation unless we approve a separate written adjustment.
Parking inventory is time-sensitive. Once a reservation is confirmed, that space and time are removed from available inventory and may not be resold. For that reason, confirmed charges are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Reservation shift or reschedule requests, including changes to start date, end date, arrival time, or departure time, are not accepted once a booking is confirmed. We are not responsible for customer-side inability to use a reserved booking, including personal, dispatch, routing, scheduling, equipment, or operational issues.
Refunds, credits, or booking adjustments, if any, are made solely at our discretion, are not guaranteed, and are not intended to be routine or repeatable. Day-of no-shows, day-of cancellations, day-of change requests, and requests that reduce available inventory or create a lost opportunity to sell a spot generally do not qualify for refunds. A denied shift or reschedule request does not create a right to cancellation without charge, refund, or credit.
If you occupy a space beyond the reserved period, we may apply overstay charges and charge the payment method on file where permitted. Using a space without a valid reservation may result in penalty charges, denial of access, removal actions, towing, and account restrictions. Vehicles and equipment must remain safe, lawful, operable, and compliant with posted location rules.
You are responsible for your own acts and omissions, anyone using your reservation, and any damage caused by your vehicle, trailer, cargo, guests, or operations. Parking and commercial vehicle operations carry inherent risks. While lots may include gates, cameras, fencing, lighting, or other security features, no system is risk-free. You are responsible for securing your vehicle, trailer, cargo, and equipment and maintaining adequate insurance coverage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Solution Truck Parking is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, cargo loss, business interruption, data loss, route disruption, or reservation interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected reservation or service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact support and provide a reasonable opportunity to review the issue and relevant booking details. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a different venue is required by law, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
